Now Accepting Team Staff Applications!
2024-05-08Arizona High School Hockey Association is now accepting applications for Coaches and Team Managers for the 2024/2025 Fall Season.
Before completing the Fall Coach / Manager Application make sure to have a current:
2024/2025 USA Hockey Member registration ~ the fourth digit of the 2024/2025 USA Hockey registration number must be a "5”.
All Coaches and Managers must complete AHSHA’s Fall Coach / Manager Application and be approved by AHSHA before the start of every fall season.
NOTE: Program Head Coaches and Program Team Managers will be subject to approval by AHSHA’s Executive Committee.
USA Hockey has selected NCSI to provide its background screening, background screens through NCSI under the national program will cost $30 for all domestic screens. For international screens (members who have lived outside of the U.S. for six consecutive months in any one country during the past 7 years) the fee in $150. If that country is solely Canada, the fee is $75. All background screens are valid for two seasons.
All Coaches and Team Managers must complete the National Level Background Screening (if needed) and SafeSport Training or SafeSport Refresher Training as established by USA Hockey before team participation is allowed.

- USA Hockey Coaches Education Program (CEP): Must enroll each year until the coach has obtained a minimum Level 3 CEP by December 31.
- USA Hockey Age Specific Module (13+ Module) must be completed PRIOR to participating in any team activities. You cannot be added to your team’s roster until completed.
